My research focuses on group dynamics, motivation losses and gains in groups, gender differences in leadership and entrepreneurship, personality and individual differences in organizational contexts, and relationships between ethical reasoning and organizational action. I teach courses in organizational behavior, managerial ethics, research methodology, human resources, strategic management, and entrepreneurship in the College of Business at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
